Alongside the Chic Chefs for a new season of the In The Kitchen Tour
A moment imagined, hoped for and strongly desired, after a difficult period that has inevitably required patience and sacrifice, with a new season of the In The Kitchen Tour by Chic Charming Italian Chef about to get underway.
The appointment is set for Monday, 13th July at Villa Cenci in Cisternino (BR), a fine location in the heart of Puglia. Once again this year, Selecta shall be alongside Chefs seeking to
convey through the offerings new cultures, new trends and new territories, firm in the conviction that innovation in gastronomy, research and knowledge all constitute the lifeblood of the catering of today and tomorrow.
Intent on stimulating the creative and innovative vocation of the 40-plus catering professionals attending the first BtoB of 2020, Selecta proposes a selection of ingredients of undisputed quality, the result of painstaking and unwavering research – from the prized Canadian Wild Premium Shellfish, the traditional desalinated Rafols Cod, the prized Frisian veal to Welsh IGP lamb. There will also be Valrhona’s signature specialities, namely Caranoa 55% and Inspiration Yuzu, ready to be incorporated into new and unexpected creations.
