
The In The Kitchen Tour makes its last stop for 2019 in Umbria – Selecta alongside Chic Chefs
Tuesday, 3rd December sees the seventh and final stage for the year of the In The Kitchen Tour, the B2B initiative created by CHIC – Charming Italian Chef. This concludes yet another season rich in interesting projects that saw the active participation of Selecta, as a long-standing partner of the Association.
Once again for 2019, sustainability was the fil rouge of numerous initiatives and events emboldened by the concrete commitment of Selecta, having always been oriented towards corporate management under the banner of sustainability, not as a mere philosophy but as a solid conviction, finding affirmation in its mission, in its operations and in the selection of its Partners in particular.
The last stop of the In The Kitchen Tour for 2019 takes place in Montone (PG) from 10:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. at the Hotel Fortebraccio. As always, chefs, pizza makers, bakers and gelato maestros will be there not only for a discovery and tasting of the products from the companies present but will be the protagonists of a veritable culinary “jam session”, in which sophisticated ingredients will provide ideas for the creation of gourmet dishes.
For Selecta, the In The Kitchen Tour is confirmed as an important stage on which to showcase to catering professionals ingredients of incontestable value. Indeed, the last stop for 2019 shall feature Frisian veal, Rougié Foie Gras, Porto Santo Spirito seafood and Valrhona chocolate.
