Selecta’s Le Primizie in Tarvisio for the 3rd stage of the 2019 In The Kitchen tour
On Monday, 22nd July, the In The Kitchen Tour reaches Tarvisio, the city at the crossroads of languages and cultures where Italy, Slovenia and Austria meet and the 3rd stop of the 2019 tour will be hosted.
Conceived by the Association CHIC – Charming Italian Chefs, this event will once more be dedicated to encounters, to the discovery of the excellences of the territory and to inspiration. From 10:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., guest chefs at the Friulian event will cook, guided by improvisation and the inspirations of the moment. An intertwining of experiences, tastes, techniques and flavours shall be the fil rouge of the stop in Tarvisio, a city that has always been devoted to the fusion of customs and traditions, subject to the influences of other territories.
The venue for the event shall be the Ilija Restaurant, opened in 2007 by Ilija Pejic at the Tarvisio Golf Club, in the beautiful Priesnig plain, in a natural setting of authentic beauty.
Selecta will be present at the event with a refined selection of ingredients, from Loch Fyne Scottish smoked salmon, the catch of Porto Santo Spirito, Valrhona chocolate and Te Mana Lamb.
This represents an important opportunity to illustrate to catering professionals the ingredients of unquestionable value, capable of satisfying the most exacting palates.
