Selecta’s Le Primizie at Italiasquisita’s Spezial Party

Taste, solidarity and prestigious names in Italian cuisine come together in Rome for the Spezial Party, the exclusive event organised by ItaliaSquisita to celebrate the arrival of spring, its flavours, fragrances and colours.

The event shall commence at 7:00 p.m. on Monday, 8th April in the wonderful location of Il Palazzetto. A team of more than twenty chefs, pastry chefs, pizza chefs and mixologists is scheduled to be there, set to engage in the creation of gourmet preparations, the flavour of which will be exalted and enhanced by the use of the most diverse spices.

Protagonist of the event, in addition to the tastiness of the spices, will be the excellences of Selecta’s ingredients offered up to illustrious chefs, with Rougié Mulard duck breast as the protagonist of Chef Daniele Usai’s recipe, the Rafols cod used by Chef Vitantonio Lombardo, Nature’s Meadow beef as interpreted by Chef Nicola Fossaceca, and the Valrhona chocolate transformed by Chef Sarah Cicolini.

The proceeds of the initiative will be donated to CABSS – the Centre for Assistance for Deaf and Deafblind Children. All the more motivation to attend this wonderful gourmet event!
