Selecta’s delicacies for Passione Gourmet

On Monday, 9th September, at the Momi Restaurant in Nove (VI), Passione Gourmet will be held, as an occasion dedicated to the discovery of outstanding food and wine.

Promoted by Selecta, this event will be held from 11:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and, through opportunities for discovery and discussion, participants will be able to deepen their knowledge of prized ingredients.

Selecta will present catering professionals with a unique selection of delights, including Porto Santo Spirito seafood, Podere Cadassa cured meats and the selection of fine cheese specialities.

We will cross national borders to present the unique taste of Cadoret oysters, Foie Gras from Périgord by Rougié, New Zealand Te Mana Lamb, the rich selection of French cheeses from MonS, and the prestigious Scottish Loch Fyne salmon. Finally, we will offer a tasting of the sweets made by Pastry Chef Alessandro Rossetti with Valrhona chocolate, tartlets, cones and baskets from La Rose Noire and Ravifruit fruit purées.
