Passione Gourmet, the Selecta event makes a stop in Genoa
Passione Gourmet made its fourth stop in the city of Genoa on 5th April.
Passione Gourmet is Selecta’s event dedicated to catering professionals presenting gastronomic excellences that comes as the result of consistent research each and every day.
More than 150 catering professionals from all over Italy, over 130 ingredients tasted and 18 producers present at the event in Genoa.
Starring alongside suppliers were Jean Jacques Cadoret oysters, La Piemontese meats, Podere Cadassa cold cuts and La Rose Noire tartlets.
