Sustainability, reconfirmed as the leitmotif not only of the 2019 Chic Congress but also of a new season that promises to be rich in initiatives, events and projects that will see Selecta as a Partner of the Association once again.

Indeed, for more than 30 years, Selecta has been selecting the best food products from all over the world to offer its customers an assortment of the highest quality, ranging from the best fresh meat and seafood products purchased directly from fishing boats, to be accompanied by vegetables, spices, grains and pulses.

During the various gourmet occasions of the event, Selecta – in collaboration with the Chic Chefs – will offer tastings of some of its best delicacies, including cheeses from the selection of Formaggi.it, the seafood products of Premium ShellFish and Rafols and the typical cold cuts of Podere Cadassa in Parma, all set to be present again this year, without overlooking the unmissable sweetness of the desserts made with Valrhona chocolate.
