Selecta and its Le Primizie at “Night in Venice”
Big names in Italian cuisine, emerging chefs and traditional Venetian chefs, pizza makers and bakers, pastry chefs and mixologists shall unite on 25th November at the Luxury Hotel Danieli in Venice for “Night in Venice” – the gourmet party hosted by ItaliaSquisita to support the projects of the Bertini Foundation and its idea of smart working.
Cuisine from the Venetian Lagoon shall be skilfully interpreted with countless gourmet offerings and first-rate ingredients.
At the service of prestigious chefs, there will be no shortage of Le Primizie from Selecta, with Levantina Fish bream interpreted by Chef Donato Ascani, Porto Santo Spirito cuttlefish as the protagonist of Lionello Cera’s dish, Frisian veal sweetbreads enhanced by the skill of Chef Lorenzo Cogo, and Rougiè Foie Gras exalted by Cristiano Tomei.
In addition to being an occasion for celebration, this prestigious initiative will be an opportunity to meet people and share our passion for our work as researchers and selectors of excellence, recounting experiences and secrets, in conjunction with the chefs and the many friends present.
The proceeds of the evening shall go to the Gaetano Bertini Malgarini Onlus Foundation, which deals with helping individuals who have experienced psychological distress reintegrate into the work world (Job Station).
