Sales Convention 2023: two days together with Selecta
On Thursday, 26th and Friday, 27th October 2023, the Selecta Sales Convention was held at the Museo Ferruccio Lamborghini in Bologna.
The event brought together the entire Italian and Croatian-Slovenian sales network, counting over 25 partner suppliers from various sectors such as meat, seafood, cured meats, cheese, pantry and pâtisserie, along with their managers.
Sharing achievements and future objectives, new knowledge, product tastings and special pairings between them rendered these two days a true journey of gastronomic excellence from around the world. There was no lack of training and motivation, particularly with Roberta Liguori’s pertinent presentation.
The dinner, held at the end of the first day amongst historic vintage cars, was accompanied by jazz notes from Milan’s Blue Note band. Other convivial and tasting moments took place on both days, involving all partners with their products, allowing all participants to try new taste experiences and cuisines.
