Demos of the week
A week rich in appointments with Enrico Panzarasa, Head of Cheese and Pantry, has just ended.
Between Turin and Alba came three days of demos dedicated to the cheese range for catering with a focus on how to manage cheese and how to cut and store cheese to serve it at its best. In addition to these factors, ample time was dedicated to gastronomic pairings and food costs. Not only an in-depth focus but also a practical demonstration and product tasting.
