Selecta gets a makeover with a new logo and visual identity

Selecta is set to undergo a facelift to be revealed as of 1st January 2021 through the rebranding project involving the logo and visual identity.

We have never stopped looking towards the future with confidence and positivity, despite a 2020 full of pitfalls and unexpected events. We have always approached our work with passion and determination by planning content, projects and innovations.

In the 30-plus year history of our company, we have come a long way. Indeed, we have met the expectations of chefs, travelled the world in search of the best ingredients, developed long-standing partnerships – and adapted whenever necessary. This is all with the sole purpose of being the link between the best food producers and the most exacting catering professionals. In recent years, we have even become painstakingly organised in order to keep up with the times and the growing needs of the catering world.

And growing from our solid roots, we also thought it was time for a re-styling of our communications … starting with our logo.

This is no great revolution but a simple evolution of our historical brand. The new brand is more modern, elegant and recognisable thanks to the new font, the revised image and the colours, which are brighter and more dynamic. Then there is the new slogan, “Selection by vocation since 1989”, through which we want to express the mission that has always accompanied Selecta in over 30 years of history along with the values that have long distinguished us: quality, selection, excellence, passion and experience.

“I am truly proud of this re-styling,” commented Alessandra Bortolussi, Selecta’s Sales and Marketing Director, “on which we have worked for several months with the Aromi agency. We wanted to go back to our roots and more incisively convey the personality and values that have always distinguished Selecta. This project is not limited to the renewal of our graphic design, of which the logo is just one component, but extends to a revision of our entire communication … so, more news is coming soon!”
