Caledonia Crown

Scotland evokes the image of lush pastures and unspoilt nature. And it is here that the Aberdeen Angus breed has found its natural environment for centuries.

Caledonia Crown was founded in Scotland in 1988 and has been committed to safeguarding the Aberdeen Angus breed and promoting its propagation ever since.

Caledonia Crown exclusively utilises cattle born, reared and slaughtered in Scotland and certified per the Protected Geographical Indication (PGI) guarantee.

The cattle are reared over an extensive area, in a natural and healthy environment, then slaughtered within 36 months to ensure tenderness, juiciness and a balanced structure. Each cut is selected according to precise parameters – fine marbling, pearly white fat and long dry-aging on the bone.

Consistent with its vision, Caledonia Crown adopts responsible practices geared towards sustainability and a respect for the environment, natural resources and local communities.
