Selecta S.p.A. will process the data contained in CVs sent spontaneously by the Data Subject or following a recruiting campaign, in accordance with the principles of lawfulness, correctness and confidentiality. The data shall be processed for the period strictly necessary for the pursuit of the purpose in question and retained for a maximum period of 1 year from the time of receipt of the CV.

Data processing for the purpose of enabling the user to exercise their rights

Selecta S.p.A. processes User data for the purpose of:

  • Responding to requests to exercise the right of withdrawal; requests to exercise the legal guarantee of conformity; other rights arising from the purchase contract entered into via the Website and/or legally provided in connection with such a contract and/or in relation to the provision of the Website Services;
