  • Diced exotic fruit (mango, papaya, pineapple) to taste

Press fresh goat’s milk cheese into pieces of exotic fruit (mango, papaya, pineapple) diced into 0.3-mm cubes, pressing lightly to make the fruit adhere to the cheese.

Slice the Iberian ham with a knife.

Assembly and finishing

Place the goat cheese in the centre of a crown of ham and enjoy as an accompaniment to an aperitif or as an appetiser.
