  • 500 g Elle&Vire cream cheese
  • 100 g Icing sugar
  • 10 g Lime juice
  • 200 g Elle&Vire Excellence 35% Cream
preparation

Mix the cream cheese with the sugar and lime juice.

Add the cream and process until smooth.

Pour 55 g of cream cheese into the cavity of the tartlet and leave to rest at +4 °C.

Store for 2–3 days at +4 °C.

Serving size: 55 g

Assembly and finishing

Decorate the large La Rose Noire sweet almond disc with fresh strawberries and vene cress leaves.
