In The Kitchen Tour: Pizza is CHIC with Le Primizie from Selecta
On Monday, 1st July, from 10:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., the In The Kitchen Tour will make a stop at the ’O Fiore Mio HUB for the traditional appointment dedicated to signature pizza and, for the first time, bread. This initiation is aimed at emphasising the increasing attention that, even in the world of pizza and bread, is being paid to the selection of ingredients.
Aware of this trend and the importance of ingredients in the kitchen, Selecta will be present at the event with a refined selection of speciality foods, with the burratina cheese of the Azienda Agricola Biologica Querceta, Don Tonino anchovies, Rougié pulled duck, Premium Shellfish lobster knuckles, Lomo di Suino 100% Iberico de Bellota 5J ham and the latest Valrhona creations.
